Jade Madden is an international recording artist and songwriter based in Maryland, USA.

Jade was born June 23, 1989, to her loving parents, Vernard Madden and the late Elmira (Spain) Madden in Augusta, GA. The pair instilled in her, along with her 3 beautiful sisters, that the highest form of self love is to remain a lady in any circumstance. This teaching highly influences and reflects Jade’s navigation in life!

During her matriculation at Morgan State University, Jade toured internationally with The Morgan Singers ensemble to South America, North Asia and the Caribbean where she shared the joys of music and created lifelong cultural bonds.

Jade Madden studied privately under some incomparable greats such as the late Kenneth Kamal Scott (The Wiz; Broadway) where she further fine-tuned her natural gift. Nearing the completion of her undergrad degree in music, Jade was privileged to join the sisterhood fold of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity for Women, Incorporated in the Spring of 2011 (Kappa Xi Chapter).

Jade's heartwarming vocal abilities in classical, gospel and neo soul genres have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate with several local and national recording artists such as Donald Lawrence, Donnie McClurkin, Twinkie Clark, Jacob Collier, Jonathan Nelson, Maurette Clark-Brown, Fred Hammond, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Marvin Sapp, Tim Bowman & Faith City, Kierra Sheard and The Legendary Killer Mike!

Jade Madden has been a fundamental member of Chester Burke Jr. & Company, Andre Harris & Restoration, The Urban Choral Arts Society, Sean Wilkins & Remnant, The Carter Legacy Singers, Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling, Stewart Brothers & Friends, The Jason Max Ferdinand Singers and Sean Tillery & Changed.

She has performed on stages such as Carnegie Hall, Stellar Gospel Music Awards, Youtube’s Brandcast Awards, BBC Proms and NBC’s Saturday Night Live backing the British rock band, Coldplay!

Most recently, Jade was featured two holiday tours in Italy, completed a SOLD out run of Artcentric’s Cinderella at Baltimore Centerstage, released two singles ‘Spared’ & ‘Consolation Prize’ and was nominated for two Kingdom Image Awards!


While working as a special educator, pursuing artistic independence and serving as the Director of worship at her church (Word of Life; Bishop Jermaine & Pastor Michelle Johnson), Jade is inspired daily to strive towards a standard of excellence in all things.

Jade Madden attributes all of her successes to perseverance, hard work and her strong faith in Jesus Christ!
